By booking and taking part in A Billion Clicks Photography session you agree to the following Terms and Conditions;

 

 

 

Booking:

A 50% deposit of the balance is due at time of booking with the remainder of the balance due at the time of ordering. As the photoshoot relies on natural light, inclement weather or other adverse conditions may prevent the photoshoot from taking place (rain, dim/poor lighting). If this is the case, another date will be arranged at no extra cost. Should the weather change during a session and become unsuitable for the session to continue, I reserve the right to reschedule at a mutually convenient time at no extra cost.

 

 

Pricing:

The prices listed are in (GBP) Pound Sterling. Prices are correct at time of publishing but they may change at any time and without any prior notice or warning.

 

 

Products:

All products are subject to availability. Types of products may change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel the session, please give me 1 weeks notice. Sessions cancelled within this time are refundable. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior the shoot are non-refundable but the session can be rescheduled at any time.

 

 

Waiver of liability:

The client expressly releases the photographer, his employees and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes a waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence. Your dog/s safety and welfare is of the highest importance throughout the shoot. I reserve the right to postpone (to be rescheduled) or cancel completely the session if your dog/s is showing signs of discomfort (emotionally or physically).

 

 

Ordering:

Before ordering, I will send you proofs for you to view so that you can check you are happy with image placement. Full payment is to be made before an order can be placed. Once the order is placed it is not possible to amend or cancel the order due to the custom nature of the products. All orders are subject to a standard lead time and will be sent to me first. This is to ensure that the highest standards possible are kept. Orders will then be either delivered to you by myself or shipped via an insured courier. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive. Unless otherwise stated, digital files with be available via digital download through an emailed link.

 

 

Copyright:

I retain copyright for all images taken on any photoshoot. Images are sold on a personal use license. You are able to make gifts and prints using your chosen printers, however, it is not permitted to sell them or enter them into any competitions as your own. Permission may be granted to enter them into such competitions where they do not need to be your own work but please be sure to credit A Billion Clicks Photography. Any digital images purchased and printed by yourself or your chosen printers are at your own expense. Variations in quality may occur of which I have no control over. A Billion Clicks Photography uses the UK’s top photo lab and therefore the images are colour corrected and printed on the correct paper stock for the best possible print quality. I reserve the right to use one or a selection of images from your shoot in any and all forms of media, for the purpose of self-promotion (Instagram, Facebook etc), publicity, publishing, resale as prints or other media for commercial use or in photographic contests. No photos on the A Billion Clicks Photography website/Instagram/Facebook, that have not been purchased as a digital download, may be downloaded, screenshot or used in any way without express permission from myself and will be a breach of UK Copyright law.
